The President is one of the best books I've ever read. It is very inspired and it needs to be NUMBER ONE!!! I would recomend this book to everyone!!!!

This novel, "The President", should be taken very seriously by every Christian. While reading this gripping book, I realized that this is not merely a novel - it is a clear warning to America. I found threads of the prophetic running through it at every turn. I found myself praying for our own President as I read of the conversion and growth of our fictional President. I closed this book with the thought, "It is true. God is getting ready to take His hand off the United States if we do not repent." I have found myself sharing this message with everyone I can think of. This book is a call to get serious with the Lord and to stop being "closet Christians". The President stirred in me strong emotions and conviction to get involved in politics in our country as a Christian. I've seen the need for Christians to get more involved for a while now and this put me over the edge. This book is very inspiring and I wish all americans would read it. The President is one of the most refreshing political novels I have had the pleasure of reading. While the book leans heavy toward a Christian world view, it does so without disregarding the possibility that both current, prominent, political parties in the U.S. today have much to offer. It is a book that is very relevant for our day and tells a story that is not only plausible but also hopeful. I found myself wishing that it would be mandatory reading in political and Christian circles. Perhaps this would draw more of my brothers and sisters into the arena of politics and more politicians into God’s family.
